  Google is a joke! They suspended my business listing because they didn’t like the hours I was having for my business. What part I don’t get is that it’s my business and then to reinstate the listing I was unable to have customer service locate the business url on google. Worst customer service knowledge and worst company to post your business with.

  Google Fi is unreliable and drops text messages at random. This is a known issue with Google Fi dropping texts and not receiving texts, as well as not sending texts. There is no easy fix. If you spend many hours troubleshooting you may be able to get some texts you missed before, but there are no guarantees future texts will be ok. A great deal for Google as they get free data and engineering hours from all the troubleshooting consumers who just want to send texts reliably.
